Professional cooking course

The course will not simply teach cooking techniques, but it will develop a series of fundamental skills to let the students approach the profession of the cook, keeping in mind the territory where they work, their traditions, their culture, and their products. Today, more than ever, the food needs an identity, and that is why we have designed a training course that, starting from the use of local products, will give the students strong elements of uniqueness and pursuit of excellence, through quality and passion for their work.

The total duration of the course is 600 hours: 380 of theory and practice, 220 of internship.

Lessons will take place from Tuesday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00.
